A thriller that will take you worldwide. Starting from Somalia, South Atlantic, Northern Ireland and others, the book has all
what to be a good novel. With an endless action twists and a great storyline that writer tell the story of Somali pirates that have hijacked a super tank and asking for five millions.Good one.

The outlandish conspiracies from modern day 'Bond' scripts could take a leaf from David Ross Wood's research and up to date knowledge of international security and terrorism threats. It's a rare action drama that manages to both maintain believability and a clever plot. Wood's characters are unique but entirely credible and we'd love to see them come to life on the big screen.

I received this through Goodreads First Reads. The book reminded me of Jack Ryan's adventures in Tom Clancy books. I also liked the approach of instead of being a government formed organization the group was funded by an independent company to protect their assets. Kevin, Goodreads

Wow I am so happy I won this book in a giveaway, it took me a while to get around to reading it simply because I didn't like the cover but in this case the old adage is true, once I started reading I didn't want to put it down 5 stars and worth every one

I know everyone says not to judge a book by it's cover but I honestly did at first. A friend gave me this book recently and I just didn't think I would like it. I've never been into thrillers. I honestly thought it would be a lot of long winded sentences about conspiracies that are outlandish and silly. I can happily say, I was wrong. (well about the outlandish silly stuff at least)
I really enjoyed the book, to the point I read it in 3 days.
The author has an ability to pull you into the plot, making everything seem believable. I loved most of the characters and managed to get a feel for a lot shortly after meeting them. There were a few parts that were very thrilling and some that were in my opinion a little too over detailed by for the most part, exciting and believable.
I guess I've learned once again not to judge a book!

Really good book! One of those books that I kept telling myself I would put down and go to sleep after this chapter (after every chapter) until I ended up finishing it and getting little sleep that day. Pulls you in
